It's 3:30 in the morning here. I'm awake and can't seem to sleep. As I've mentioned, I've been feeling under the weather since I got back from my travels. One of the worst parts has been my inability to sleep at night. I've never been one to love medication, so if anyone has any suggestions on how to battle insomnia, please help!!

There is an all natural supplement you can take, I'm sure you've heard of it, Melatonin. Quite a few friends take it and say it works well.
